• O&M strategy and manuals preparation
• Technical supervisory:
  • Monitoring the execution of Operation and Maintenance Agreements and infrastructure providers, if necessary claims management;
  • Reviewing and validation all reports and records provided by any supplier or other 3rd parties;
  • Supporting our Partners in technical discussions and problems solving;
  • Monitoring and managing the installations in compliance with Grid Requirements and Connection Agreement, necessary permits and all applicable Health and Safety Laws;
  • Providing production / availability forecast to DNO/TSO as required by DNO/TSO;
  • As required conducting a selective monitoring service and supervision of external service providers;
  • Conducting industry standard health, safety and quality audits;
  • Malfunctions analysis;
  • Spare parts stock management.
• Comprehensive reporting, early warning and malfunction reporting supported by our in-house developed second level Scada system;
• Commercial and Contract Management:
  • negotiation, procuring the execution, performance, management, and maintenance of contracts related to the proper functioning of the installation and sale of electricity produced;
  • Contract administration and invoicing;
  • Insurance and warranty claims management;
  • Setting up, maintaining the Guarantee of Origin (GoO) registry on the TGE ex-change (RGP – Rejestr Gwarancji Pochodzenia) platform and apply for GoO’s;
  • Applying, based on a proper power of attorney from the owner, for and management of settlements with the Settlement Manager (Zarządca Rozliczeń) of “negative balance”, in accordance with the rules of RES support scheme for Contract for Difference (CfD) with respect to the installation.
